Visiting London and the Surrounding Areas
London is by far one of the best cities in the world and is very hard to hard to sum up and recommend places to visit in London as there is so much to do.
If you have not visited London before it is a great city. London has five busy airports and one the largest is found right in the heart of the London city, the others on the outskirts all served by major and immensely accessible transport links.
Once arriving in London getting out can be a little tricky by car, but by tube and the underground there are not usually to many problems.
London also has an awful lot of buses that run on lots of regular routes which also run at night to keep he city moving at all times.
As I am sure you are aware London has some of the most recognisable landmarks in the world. Such landmarks include the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, St. Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Downing Street. There are also some great iconic fun landmarks including the London Eye which was opened for the Millennium in the year 2000, it is the best place in London to get some of the best views of the city. A ride on the London Eye lasts around 25 minutes and we guarantee you will want to go around again.
Even though London is a very busy city where everyone is squeezed in you can find some fantastic green open areas. They include The Royal parks so St. James's, Green Park, Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Hampstead Heath is another fantastic green space as well as Clapham Common.
London has some of the best restaurants in the UK and has many which are owned by lots of celebrity chefs and many have the prestigious Michelin star. If you love the theatre there are some fantastic places to watch shows all year round. Other activities in the city include The London History Museums and the Tate gallery.

but if you are visiting London on a budget there are plenty of Travel Lodge’s and premier Inns in the city as well, something for everyone.
